These self-contained raised garden bed or planter in which to grow organic vegetables, herbs, or flowers on patios, balconies and small spaces.
Made with Cedar or redwood fence material and pine legs, these Garden Crates come lightly painted for that worn barn look, or natural.
We are currently growing basil, parsley, cilantro, jalapenos, thyme, rosemary and French sorrel in our crates at home.
These crates are for sale and can be cash and carry, delivered or shipped. Please fill out the request form and I would be happy to help you.
- Planter box widths are 24″ by 20″
- Planter box depth is 10”
- Height: 20”
- Holds 1.5 cubic feet of potting soil
- Made of natural cedar or Redwood
- The liner is burlap that lets the water drain out
- Restricts ground pests such as rabbits, moles, and dogs
Each planter model has an interior planting depth of 10″ which is suitable for most plants. Roots of large plants branch out through the dirt and can be staked up for stability.

Handmade and available in natural, distressed paint with choices of Green Olive, Steel Blue, or Red Wine.
Burlap and filling instructions included.
Garden Crate is not responsible for the growth or lack of growth of your plants. We have no way to measure how green your thumb is.
